Lights broken in here
But I see the picture clear
Hold me close, keep me near
Like an angel you appear
We choke, we bleed
From wounds rotten
Flesh beaten, bones broken
From dirt we rise
I know and I speak the truth
Manufacturing a lie
By the end of the scene dominoes fall
Hurry up, take your place at the gallows
The fireworks
Crescendo in the midnight ringing
The overture is about to change it all
Within these walls
I started seeing the pattern
By whom am I caged
If not by my own hand
Murder at the matinee
There are dead men in the aisles
But the frozen mask just smiles
There is no flesh or blood
Within this cloak to kill
Learn the face beneath the mask
Never know mine
By the end of the scene dominoes fall
Hurry up, take your place at the gallows
The train is full
And such a death for me is fitting
Through flames I go to another cabaret show
I close my eyes
My ending marks the new beginning
What lies beneath the mask
Lies in us all
Remember, remember the fifth of November
The gunpowder treason and plot
I remember it all
You gave me freedom
You paved the way
In this lie you made me discover the truth
Now go to sleep
The requiem is over
The curtain can fall
Hail and farewell

Fantastic album, which over the years has become IMPOSSIBLE to find (the 2006 version) - even to pirate it! It's great to have this, but I have one complaint: the 2006 version of Invisible Kingdom had one of my favorite guitar solos ever, and it's just not anywhere near as good or compelling on this version. A real shame. Still quite glad to have this. Please release Psychotic Sculpture and Beyond the Cursed Eclipse on BC! Archmage Orladin
These California up-and-comers don't merely pay tribute to ’90s death metal; they make it their own by taking charge and letting it rip. Bandcamp New & Notable Jan 21, 2024
